Glossy Protective Wax

FILA LONGLIFE is a glossy protective wax developed to protect floors exposed to heavy traffic. It forms a highly glossy, strongly protective polymer film on the surface; when dry, it looks glossy without the need for buffing. It is ideal for protecting rubber, PVC, vinyl, plastic laminate, linoleum and resin floors, as well as unpolished natural stone, granite and terracotta surfaces.

It also delivers outstanding results in protecting polished natural stone floors in public areas and in maintaining quartz-enriched concrete floors treated with BETON. It adheres strongly to the surface, is easy to apply and can be used undiluted or diluted as required. Maintenance can be carried out with a high-speed single-disc floor machine; the gloss can be restored every 2-3 months by applying diluted LONGLIFE.

3-Step Application

Application

Protect the Surfaces

Apply a single, even, continuous coat of undiluted product to the clean, dry floor with a plush application pad or another applicator. Wait 1 hour; then apply the second coat at right angles to the first. On highly absorbent terracotta and natural stone surfaces, first apply FOB XTREME or W68 as a protective primer and wait 24 hours before applying LONGLIFE.
Restore the Gloss

Every 2-3 months, clean the surface with CLEANER PRO diluted 1:200. Dilute 500 ml of LONGLIFE in 5 litres of water and apply; the floor can be walked on once it is dry.
Renew the Protection

Strip the wax from the surface with PS87 PRO diluted 1:5 and rinse the surface. Apply undiluted LONGLIFE to the clean, dry floor; the floor can be walked on once it is dry.

Safe Use

Points to Consider

To use the product safely and at maximum efficiency, please read the following points carefully before application.

Do not walk on the floor while it is drying; do not reapply product to areas that have not yet dried.
To remove this wax, use the special wax stripper PS87 PRO.
Do not use on outdoor surfaces, in damp environments or in places where water may collect (bathrooms, showers).
As materials can have very different characteristics, carry out a test on a small area before application to check for possible colour changes.
Keep out of the reach of children; do not discharge the product into the environment after use.
Storage: 5-30 °C; surface during application: 10-30 °C (surface temperature).
