Satin-Look Protective Wax

FILA SATIN is a satin-look protective wax that combines three functions in one: it protects floors, maintains them and provides a superior finish. It is ideal both for initial application and for maintenance. It protects unpolished natural stone such as limestone and slate, red quarry tiles, non-vitrified unglazed clinker tiles and various types of terracotta.

It is recommended for floors made of slate, artificial stone and cement tiles, and is particularly advised for the maintenance of brushed marble and natural stone surfaces. By giving the surface an original, new satin look, it brings out the beauty of the surface and is ideal for creating elegant floors. It is easy to apply, offers high coverage and its structure is not impaired by maintenance treatments. It can also be used on unpolished agglomerate stone, concrete and concrete tiles.

3-Step Application

Application

Protect the Surfaces

Apply an even coat to the clean, dry floor with a plush application pad or another applicator. After 1 hour, apply the second coat at right angles to the first; the floor can be walked on after approximately half an hour. On highly absorbent materials, first apply one coat of FOB XTREME or W68 and wait 24 hours before applying SATIN.
Restore the Finishing Coat

Every 2-3 months, clean the surface with CLEANER PRO diluted 1:200. Dilute 500 ml of SATIN in 5 litres of water and apply; the floor can be walked on once it is dry.
Renew the Protection

Strip the wax from the surface with PS87 PRO diluted 1:5 and rinse. Apply the undiluted wax to the dry floor; no buffing is required.

Safe Use

Points to Consider

To use the product safely and at maximum efficiency, please read the following points carefully before application.

Do not walk on the floor while it is drying; do not reapply product to areas that have not yet dried.
To remove this wax, use the special wax stripper PS87 PRO.
Do not use on outdoor surfaces, in damp environments or in places where water may collect (bathrooms, showers).
The product may alter the appearance of the material; first carry out a test on a small area to check for possible changes.
The product is sensitive to frost; store under the conditions indicated on the label.
Keep out of the reach of children; do not discharge the product into the environment after use.
Storage: 5-30 °C; surface during application: 10-30 °C (surface temperature).
